| Convenience is a major part of our service offerings to you. We are not unaware of the rate at which our world is becoming fast paced. We anticipated your busy schedules and so we had you in mind when designing our service offerings. We will pick up your packages from the convenience of your home at the time and date you specify. An additional flat fee of $26 will be charged unless the pick-up location is within 30 miles radius from our office. You can either call us or go to the "schedule a pick-up" page to schedule your pick-up. Whichever way it is, you are the center of our attention. |

| If you so choose, you can drop off your package at the nearest FedEx location. This service will not cost you any extra charge. We will be responsible for the cost of shipping from your location to our office/warehouse. However you must call us or schedule a pick up online. Let us know what your preference is and we will take care of you. |

| We have integrated convenience into our entire supply chain. Instead of having the receiver of your package find us we will find them and deliver to their door step at no extra cost. We have delivered to receivers ranging from seniors to busy professionals. Can you imagine the peace that comes with the thought of not having to find us to pick up their packages, but we find them and deliver to their door steps? That is something to think about. |

| We communicate to you the status of your shipment at every stage of it. We know the confidence and the peace it gives to know the status of your shipment at every point in time. And we will not stop short of providing you with this information. That is what we call personalized tracking! |

We only charge you a flat single rate with no hidden fees at all. Whatever you pay to us here in the US is all you pay. No clearing, customs, delivery, or whatever fee. As soon as you pay here in the US, we got you covered.
