How do I send my package?
 
Simply navigate to the schedule a pick-up page and fill out the pick-up/drop off form. We will give you a call within 24 hours to confirm your pick-up/drop-off and ask for any other necessary details. We will then process your schedule and email your shipping label to you. You will need to have a printer to print out your labels. You can also give us a call to schedule a pick-up or drop-off.
 
What Next?
 
Print out your shipping labels and attach them to your packages, each package having one label. If you scheduled a pick up, make sure you are available within the time frame you indicated. All packages must be well packed and ready for shipping. Please note that a $26 flat fee will be added to your bill.

If you scheduled a drop-off, all you need do is take your labeled packages to the nearest FedEx location and drop them off. There is no need to pay anything.

As soon as your packages are picked up or dropped off we will call you to confirm your shipment weight and let you know your total shipping cost. We will also email to you a copy of your air waybill.
 
How do I know How Much to Pay?
 
Simply weigh your package on a bathroom scale and multiply the weight (in pounds) by the rate for your area. For example, if you are shipping a 50 pound package from Philadelphia you will multiply 50 by 3.9. Thus your amount due will be 50x3.9 = $195 (rate for Philadelphia is $3.90). You can add a few dollars to cover for possible errors in your weight measurements. We will refund your balance or keep it as credit in your account with us. Please note that it is better to overpay than to underpay, as underpaid packages will not be shipped.
 
How do I know My Rate?
 
Shipping rate varies from location to location. However it is not uncommon to have many locations within a state having the same rates. You can refer to the “rates” page for current rates for our most popular locations. We will also confirm your rate at the time of our telephone follow up of your pick-up/drop-off schedule. In the event that your location is not on our rates list, please do not hesitate to give us a call. We will be happy to assist you.
 
How do I Pay?
 
As soon as we confirm your shipment weight and cost by phone and/or email, you will be required to send in a full payment covering the total cost of your shipment. You can either mail a money order to us or make a deposit covering your total shipping cost to our bank account.

Our bank account information will be sent in the email containing your shipping labels. You can also call to get our bank account information. Please take note that your package will not be shipped to Nigeria until your money order or bank deposit has been received and the amount thereof fully covers your total shipping cost.

As soon as your shipment is picked up or dropped off, and just before you send your payment, we will call you to confirm the amount due, that is your total shipping cost. In the event that you overpaid, we will either send you a refund check or keep the balance in your account with us, whichever is your preference.
 
How soon will my package be delivered?
 
Our promise to you is to deliver your package(s) in Lagos within five business days from the time we receive the package(s) at our office or warehouse. However in the event we cannot deliver on this promise due to circumstances beyond our control, we will keep you adequately informed.
 
Do You Deliver To Anywhere in Nigeria?
 
No. At the moment, we only deliver to Lagos. However, in the bid to satisfy our customers we are working towards establishing processes of delivering to other major places in Nigeria.
 
Do You Have Any Content Restrictions?
 
We will NOT ship any dangerous or hazardous items including but not limited to explosives, dangerous chemicals, flammable materials, compressed gases, pesticides and so on. Please be informed that every package is subject to searching.
